Whoever you are and whatever your abilities, we can help. We also love working with and mentoring our top athletes too. We help new mums who want to regain self confidence and the gran (or grandad) who has never visited a gym in their life. Our current community includes office workers, tradesmen, teachers, police officers and members of the Armed Forces. We cater for everyone no matter what their goals are. In fact, we’re the complete package! Not only do we help you reach your fitness goals, but we can also support you with your nutrition needs, ensuring you eat the right diet for you. But we also utilise the qualifications and experience we have to ensure appropriate periodisation using science and research, rather than just writing workouts. We make sure we write up workouts at least a couple of weeks in advance to cover the majority of the fundamental movements in those two weeks, and we make sure the workouts are varied and enjoyable. Our coaches have the expertise and experience to programme the workouts to get real results, while still making you feel that you’re having fun, and that you’re part of a team. It’s all about community, being part of a team, some healthy competition, and cheering each other on. If you’ve ever worked out at a gym where everyone’s in their own little world and no-one talks to anybody, then you’re in for a surprise at our gym.
